Introduction
PS Couture Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We recognize that modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of human rights, and we are committed to taking steps to ensure that it does not take place in our business or in the businesses of our suppliers.
Our business and supply chains
PS Couture Ltd is a United Kingdom-based company that sells its products online and through it's website. We source from the United Kingdom and a few overseas suppliers. We use approved UK Government Procurement Frameworks such as Crown Commercial Services.
Our policies and procedures
PS Couture Ltd has a number of policies and procedures in place to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chains.
These include:

A Code of Conduct that sets out our standards for ethical and responsible business practices. This Code of Conduct is communicated to all of our suppliers and they are required to comply with it.

The code of conduct for suppliers includes requirements on labor standards, human rights, and environmental protection.

A supplier onboarding process that includes due diligence checks to assess the risk of modern slavery in our suppliers' businesses.

A supplier audit program to assess suppliers compliance with our Code of Conduct and to identify and address any risks of modern slavery.

A warning policy that allows employees and suppliers to report any concerns about modern slavery and human trafficking, confidentially, without fear of reprisal.
Our Actions
In 2023, PS Couture Ltd took the following actions to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:
