How to Return an Item

1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

2. You will receive a return authorization number Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.

3. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the package.

4. Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA email.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

We will process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to the original shipping address.

 

Exceptions:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that have been used or damaged

• Items that are missing parts or accessories

• Items that have been custom-ordered or personalized

• Items that are marked as "final sale"

 

Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We will not reimburse shipping costs for returns.

Please note that we may require additional information or documentation to process your return or exchange. We may also refuse to accept returns or exchanges if the items are not returned in their original condition.
